How filming went:


The filming I did on the 18/10/2008 was successful as I got a large chunk of the narrative sequence filmed with some extra shots that were filmed when I was able to use props and thinks that I didn’t initially think I would be able to use e.g. Cars, Lighting used to back light filming.

Some problems I encountered when filming my music video was some of the shots I had drawn on the storyboard didn’t suit the setting the final shot was shot in. so to get around this I adapted the shot for the conditions and the setting we were in. Also as I was filming during the night I needed an alternative form of lighting to see the characters, so I used a spotlight which I positioned a few meters from the action so it didn’t dazzle anyone and to reduce the glare on the camera and to allow the light to spread.

To make sure I had enough footage to play and experiment with, I with the help of my friend came up with more shots that would be in keeping with the style of the other footage and the music video. These were extra shots that can be used to fill gaps that may help introduce pace into the music video
